Body Scans, Breakfast, Goal Setting Workshop, Fitness and Strength testing

Monday 1st July - Challenge Start Date

Day 1: Time to say good bye to the old you and send weight through for extra accountability

Sunday 7th July - Paramatta Lake Walk

Join us for a mindfulness walk around Lake Parramatta followed by breakfast

Sunday 14th July - Recovery Workshop

Recovery is important to prevent injury - join us for some myofascia release

Sunday 21st July - Boxing in the Park

Faulkand Reserve is a great place to blow off some steam with some boxing followed by coffee.

Saturday 27th July - Half way check in and re scan

Time to re scan and see how you are progressing - review goals ensuring you are on the right path.

Sunday 28th July - Beach Session

Head to Windsor Beach for a fun session in the sand followed by breakfast or coffee

Sunday 4th August - Stretch Session Workshop

Stretching is another great way to aid recovery and improving flexibility.

Sunday 11th August - Bush Walk

Let's head to the blue mountains for an amazing bush walk followed by breakfast

Sunday 18th August - Bike Ride

Let's head to Homebush for a group bike ride additional fees may apply if required to hire a bike.

Sunday 25th August - Challenge Conclusion

Saturday 31st August - Celebration and Awards Night

Join us for a fun filled evening celebrating your sucesses!

Please note:

You are not required to attend all the excursion, they are being provided as an additional activity to keep you on track and motivated.

Attendance is preferred but not essential.

If you are unable to attend either the Induction, Half Way Check-in or the Conclusion the team will make other arrangements for you, although it is preferred.
