Our Founder, Sara created meVSme after her own weight-loss journey and has gone on to helping many more, including some of our now coaches who want to empower other to do the same!

Training Recommendations

We would like you to train at least 2 times a week as a minimum with the optimum being 4 times a week.

Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT) - Strength Training to accelerate your results

Team Training - Functional Training with resistance to assist in improving mobility

Morning HIIT - To get the heart pumping ready for you to tackle the day

Yoga - Mindfulness movement to reduce stress and improve flexibilty
