Holds a Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or at minimum, Certificate III and currently working towards Certificate IV).
Has a current Driver’s Licence.
Has 2+ years’ coaching/training experience (but if you’re the right fit, we’ll train you up).
Loves helping people achieve more than they thought possible.

Can build strong, positive relationships with members whilst respecting professional boundaries.
Brings energy and confidence to group coaching sessions.
Has experience (or an interest in) Mat Pilates and Boxing a bonus, not essential.
Is available to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Is reliable, adaptable, and thrives in a team environment.
Deliver safe, fun, and results driven strength and team training sessions.
Support members at all stages of their journey, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
