"I joined meVSme after my youngest child turned 2. I needed to find myself again after having several health issues, and giving all my energy to raising four young ones, and feeling like I was nearing rock bottom. After contacting Sara, I found a new community to throw myself into with group training and yoga. Then I discovered semi private personal training, and discovered a real love for building my strength both mentally and physically! Jen joined meVSme in May 2023 starting with our 28-Day Kickstart Challenge. Jen wanted to become stronger and healthier so accelerated her results by adding a SPT session to her challenge and she loved it that much she continued and has achieved some incredible results! After surviving her 2nd breast cancer treatment she is determined to be in the best physical and mental condition to take on what life will throw at her next. Se is an amazing women and we are blessed to have her as part of our community!
