Shared Personal Training (SPT)

Bridging the gap between Team Training and 1 on 1 Personalised Training

meVSme Shared Personal Training bridges the gap between Team Training and personal 1 on 1 training.

During these session we focus on technique and building strength through progressive overload and performance.

SPT is ideal:

To Build Strength - for those who want to take their strength training to the next level.

To Improve on Technique - for those wanting to improve their form when performing compound movements such as deadlift, squat or bench form.

New to Health & Fitness – for those who are just beginning their health and fitness journey and are wanting to be guided through correct alignment and techniques to ensure the best foundation moving into their fitness journey.

Injury rehabilitation – for those who may have an injury and need a more personalised program to get them back to peek performance

In essence SPT is a fully guided Personal Training session, without the 1 on 1 price tag, as you will be sharing your coach with others in the session.


Group MAXIMUM = 6 Participants at any one time!!

"I joined meVSme after my youngest child turned 2. I needed to find myself again after having several health issues, and giving all my energy to raising four young ones, and feeling like I was nearing rock bottom. After contacting Sara, I found a new community to throw myself into with group training and yoga. Then I discovered semi private personal training, and discovered a real love for building my strength both mentally and physically! I have found a new hobby in lifting weights, and knowing muscle tone is important to maintain as I age, I've thrown myself into the sessions, and look forward to staying as strong as I can on my personal health journey (I have MS).I can't say enough about the positive and welcoming environment that meVSme has provided for me, it's been just what I've needed. Jen joined meVSme in May 2023 starting with our 28-Day Kickstart Challenge. Jen wanted to become stronger and healthier so accelerated her results by adding a SPT session to her challenge and she loved it that much she continued and has achieved some incredible results! After surviving her 2nd breast cancer treatment she is determined to be in the best physical and mental condition to take on what life will throw at her next. Se is an amazing women and we are blessed to have her as part of our community!
