AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible): A set amount of time to complete as many rounds of a circuit as you can—great for pushing your limits!
EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute): Start a new movement or set at the top of each minute—this style is great for building pace and focus.
TABATA: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times—fast, intense, and super effective.
Intervals & Circuits: We also mix in interval-based stations and circuit training to challenge different muscle groups and energy systems.
