At meVSme, our Team Training sessions are designed to be fresh, exciting, and effective—every single time. Whether you train twice a week or five times, each session is different. We use a wide variety of training formats and systems to keep your workouts fun, challenging, and never repetitive.

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or have been training for years, our expert coaches will adapt every workout to suit you and your individual needs.

With most of our sessions held outdoors, we take full advantage of the fresh air and open space to keep things dynamic and enjoyable.

HIIT – High Intensity, High Impact (In the Best Way!)

A big part of our training approach includes HIIT – High-Intensity Interval Training. It’s one of the most effective and time-efficient ways to build strength, burn fat, and boost cardiovascular fitness.

To keep things fresh, we mix up the styles of HIIT so no two sessions feel the same:

  • AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible): A set amount of time to complete as many rounds of a circuit as you can—great for pushing your limits!

  • EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute): Start a new movement or set at the top of each minute—this style is great for building pace and focus.

  • TABATA: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times—fast, intense, and super effective.

  • Intervals & Circuits: We also mix in interval-based stations and circuit training to challenge different muscle groups and energy systems.

These varied formats help improve endurance, coordination, and mental grit—and most importantly, they keep things fun!

At meVSme, you’re not competing with anyone else—only with the version of yourself you were yesterday. You’re always encouraged to train at your own pace and within your own abilities. And yes, as your coach gets to know you, they’ll give you a gentle push exactly when you need it!
